DOAR is interested in expanding its business by adding senior lawyers and business people to the firm as a member of its management team or as a strategic advisor. The ideal individual will have fifteen plus years of experience as a lawyer, judge and/or executive in the legal industry with strong, high-level relationships at law firms or corporations. The time commitment and position are open for discussion and are based on your interest in being an active consultant (Managing Director) or an advisor to the management team. The compensation plan will be a combination of salary or retainer, commission on new business, profit sharing and membership in the company’s Management Incentive Plan (MIP).
