Desh R. Urs - Vice President & Managing Director

As Vice President & Managing Director of DOAR's Business Development Group, Desh R. Urs is responsible for overseeing the company's marketing and sales initiatives.

Mr. Urs joined DOAR as part of a strategic partnership between DOAR and iBridge, LLC, a leader in legal process outsourcing and document review services. The partnership combines DOAR's expertise in managing document review in complex litigation with iBridge's operations and legal staff to offer respective clients with high quality managed review services along with unparalleled scalability and cost-effectiveness.

Mr. Urs brings over 20 years of leadership, general management, sales and marketing experience to DOAR. Prior to joining DOAR and establishing iBridge, Mr. Urs led sales organizations as SVP at Qsent, Inc and VP at Acxiom Corporation, where he focused on usage of data in data distribution, direct marketing, fraud prevention and law enforcement. As a VP of Global Sales, Services and Marketing at Silicon Graphics, Inc., he managed engineering and non-engineering functions developing solutions in sciences, telecommunications, manufacturing, media, business and defense intelligence to support several billion dollars of revenue. During his tenure as VP at Think Tools AG and Brio Technology, he ran business development and alliances providing solutions in Business Intelligence and Decisions Cycle management to global 100 corporations worldwide.
