For Immediate Release
Tuesday, November 07, 2006

New York, NY - DOAR Litigation Consulting, a premier consulting services firm supporting top-tier law firms and corporations involved in high-stakes business litigation, investigation and regulatory matters is creating two separate operating companies to reflect the unique character of its consulting and software client franchises.

In litigation consulting, DOAR assists clients through every facet of the litigation life cycle, including Discovery Consulting (discovery strategy and related services), Persuasion Strategy (including graphics and jury consulting services) and Trial Presentation. DOAR is streamlining its operations to continue its focus on a consultative approach to regulatory and internal investigations and discovery expertise under the New Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and expanded services around persuasion of non-jury triers-of-fact, which occurs with arbitration, SROs and government agencies. Mr. Paul Neale is the Executive Vice President of the litigation consulting company.

In software technology, DOAR will create a separate company to develop and market its Web-based document clustering and management tool, Inference. The software is based upon the world leader in information mining technology, Autonomy. Inference provides clients and strategic partners with software to address the burgeoning growth of electronic data. These collaboration tools intelligently mine, organize and cluster documents for further inquiry. The software addresses the investigatory and compliance-related concerns of law firms and corporations in a resourceful and cost effective manner. Mr. Nicholas Croce assumes responsibility as President of the software technology company.

“During the past few years, we have developed unique consultative approaches to information management and communications based upon an assessment of discovery and litigation risk of our clients,” says Samuel H. Solomon, CEO of DOAR Litigation Consulting. “This trend is accelerating with electronic discovery, regulatory compliance and alternative dispute resolution.”

Mr. Croce, President of the software company, states, “As corporations become more sensitive to costs given the scale of electronic discovery, clustering and data-mining software solutions such as Inference will be adapted and accepted by all parties to a dispute.”
