DOAR Litigation Consulting Welcomes Conor R. Crowley
New Managing Director Enhances E-Discovery Expertise at the Firm.

New York, NY - Conor R. Crowley has joined DOAR Litigation Consulting as a Managing Director. He will be responsible for developing new business and for high-level management of, and consulting within, client matters.
Crowley is a nationally recognized expert in legal and strategic issues related to electronic discovery, and he is a member of the Steering Committee for The Sedona Conference Working Group on Best Practices for Electronic Document Retention and Production, as well as a co-editor of several of the Conference’s publications. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for Georgetown University Law Center’s Advanced E-Discovery Institute and a much sought-after speaker on legal and strategic issues related to electronic discovery and information management.
Prior to joining DOAR, Crowley was a practicing securities litigator for eight years, most recently at Labaton Sucharow & Rudoff, where he was the firm’s resident electronic-discovery expert, negotiating electronically stored information ("ESI") production and preservation stipulations with opposing counsel in numerous actions and advising on ESI issues including retention of experts, 30(b)(6) depositions and agreements regarding preservation and production.
He is a graduate of the University of Maryland Smith School of Business and has his law degree from Catholic University Columbus School of Law. Crowley is admitted to the bar of the State of Virginia; the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 4th and 11th Circuits; the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia; the Northern District of Illinois; and the Southern District of New York.
