Mr. Neale has 20 years’ experience in managing complex litigation matters for top-tier law firms and corporations, and is nationally recognized for his insights into the practical applications of the new FRCP and the development of defensibility strategies involving electronically stored information within the context of litigation and regulatory proceedings. He is a published author, national speaker and a testifying expert in federal and state court regarding the proper preservation, collection and production of electronic evidence. He has been a key factor in defining and developing DOAR’s discovery and trial consulting practice groups and the company’s resulting success.
