Education and Training
The Digital Court facility offers legal professionals the equivalent of a "touch me" museum to explore and master the use of technology at trial. Through conferences, seminars and technology demonstrations, DOAR's goal is to offer the justice community a center for learning and education, and to promote excellence in all aspects of legal practice.
Research
Government agencies such as the Federal Judicial Center have recognized the need for reliable, measurable research as a basis for planning the future legal practice in America. In support of this goal, DOAR has designated the Judicial Technology Center as the research arm within the Digital Court facility.
