DOAR offers continuing legal education courses on topics related to recent decisions and current cases and their implications to your practice. We've based these programs on our involvement in some of the largest regulatory and litigation matters in recent history, including internal investigations into market timing and late trading practices, IPO investigations, response to indecency allegations, and investigations on research/analyst conflicts. Our instructors, who are experts in their fields, gather course information from actual litigation and trial experience and deliver this information in a New York State CLE Board approved format. Stay abreast of the latest rulings, learn more about juror anti-bias sentiment and develop techniques for enhancing your presentation of evidence through the use of high-tech tools. Our CLE programs were designed to fit into the litigators' busy schedule and are offered as either a 1-hour, 1.5-hours, 2-hours or 3-hours programs.
In addition, DOAR has developed two partner-level briefing programs to identify the risks associated with the preservation, collection and production of electronic discovery and to disseminate information on what jurors are thinking as they decide on some of the highest stakes litigation facing corporate America today. These briefings can be presented in-office at a partners' meeting, retreat or as a high-level roundtable.
