Digital Court Facility

DOAR's Digital Court Facility provides your team with a high-tech courtroom environment in which you can rehearse and refine important aspects of your case in front of a live judge and jury. Our clients utilize our digital courtroom for a variety of research and training purposes, including mock trials, ADR studies, focus groups, attorney rehearsal and witness preparation.

The Digital Court Facility is a unique trial preparation center and highly valued among New York's most experienced attorneys. Here, you can test case strategy and evaluate the effectiveness of demonstrative evidence as your team prepares for trial. Our consultants conduct this type of research with careful attention to the smallest details, from strict juror screening procedures to thorough recording and analysis of the jurors' responses and deliberations. They conduct this research here at the New York facility or in other venues across the United States.

We use proven methodologies that deliver the most informative and objective analyses to you. For example, we isolate the jurors when they enter the building to prevent them from inadvertently hearing about the case before we're ready. We have also found that the most dependable results are captured when one of our consultants presents the evidence, rather than our clients. We follow this procedure in order to ensure that jurors will respond to the strength of the evidence alone, rather than the skill and persuasiveness of the person who is speaking.

In creating the Digital Court Facility, we drew upon our years of experience in designing and installing advanced technology in our nation's courtrooms. In addition to the Digital Courtroom, the facility features three focus group suites complete with deliberation, viewing and conference rooms; a high tech courtroom; and a state-of-the-art executive boardroom.
