As standard juror questionnaires are typically limited in their ability to extract information about jurors' life experiences and attitudes, we find that supplemental questionnaires can be extremely helpful when trying to predict how a juror will hear your case.

After conducting interactive focus groups or mock trials, our research team can use supplemental juror questionnaires to help identify how a juror's life experiences affect their interpretation of the case information. This enables us to develop specific voir dire questions that will help you identify attitudes, beliefs and life experiences that can affect jurors' decision making during deliberations.
