DOAR's research team has extensive experience crafting voir dire questions for jury selection. Our methodology aims to uncover case-specific attitudes, predispositions, values, beliefs and life experiences that significantly affect how jurors will view the case. We're adept at creating questions that tap into these factors.

In those instances where voir dire is highly restricted, our team provides consultation, often grounded in a community attitude survey, on what socio-demographic characteristics are most likely to determine favorable and unfavorable jurors.
