Mock Arbitrations

DOAR's mock arbitrations give litigators an opportunity to observe case-specific decision-making by experienced arbitrators in preparation for ADR. Findings from this exercise, coupled with responses to custom-designed questionnaires, will either validate or refute proposed case strategy.

An attorney feedback session gives the legal team an opportunity to interact with these professional decision-makers to further develop and refine their case strategy.
