Mock Trials

DOAR's Mock Trial is a scientifically controlled research method designed to measure a jury's reaction to the strengths and weaknesses of your entire case, including case themes, evidence, expert and fact witnesses (videotaped or live), attorney assessment and demonstratives.

Our clients can present their cases before jurors who are recruited from the same judicial district in which their cases have been assigned. The Mock Trial provides the opportunity to present your case within an actual courtroom setting, allowing you a rare and insightful glimpse into juror behaviors and attitudes that may impact your case.

During this exercise, mock jurors are less self-conscious as they become engaged in the fray of deliberating a case. Our research team and your trial team can observe and analyze how jurors behave in a group decision-making process, as opposed to one-on-one interviews.
