Change of Venue

For matters that attract the attention of the local media, or matters that are particularly affected by the attitudes of the local community, your case may benefit from a change of venue in order to minimize potential pre-existing bias in the jury pool. DOAR's research team can conduct a change of venue survey that will quantitatively determine the degree of pre-existing bias in the venue, and thus provide the data needed to support a change of venue request.
