DOAR understands the added burden this presents especially when you need to remain focused on your case at all times. That's why we provide experienced support professionals who work quietly alongside your trial team to ensure that your demonstratives flow smoothly while your are in the well delivering your case.
Pre-trial preparation
Knowing the courtroom technology you are going to use is essential for successful evidence presentation. We'll introduce your team to the technology you will use at trial and we will rehearse with you to make sure you are comfortable with it.
Well before the trial begins, we consult with your trial team and determine what media you want to use for your evidence presentation. We will then visit the trial venue and test any video and audio systems already installed in the courtroom. Based upon this survey, we will make recommendations to you about which existing courtroom equipment will be useful and what equipment you may want us to include, be it your equipment or ours.
At-Trial Support
Our objective is to support your team in the courtroom. We accomplish this by providing at least one experienced support technician to work with your team in the courtroom at all times. We'll operate the equipment and quickly fix any problems that arise so you can successfully present your case. Our team travels with replacement equipment at all times, so we can address and fix technical problems quickly and quietly.
