Often, the difference between winning and losing at trial comes down to your team's ability to act and react quickly. When opposing counsel introduces new evidence, or a witness appears to contradict his earlier testimony, you need to act fast and still stay on top of developments in the courtroom. For this reason, DOAR knows that an efficient, well-equipped war room cannot be overstated. Our technological expertise really counts when the pressure is on at trial.

Rehearsal

DOAR will help your team rehearse and refine its trial presentation up to the last minute. We'll make sure you're fully acquainted with the trial technology team and know exactly how and when information will be displayed. We also help witnesses, especially expert witnesses, improve the effectiveness of their testimony.

Technology Duplication

Our experts make sure you know the technology you will be using in the courtroom, because we duplicate it exactly in the war room. Whether it is a document camera, a projector or a touch screen display, our trial technologist will set it up in the war room and operate for you in the courtroom, if desired.

Communications

DOAR makes sure your trial team in the courtroom is connected to war room at all times. When you need to relay messages or trial documents back and forth, we'll provide that capability and support. The war room houses a database containing all case documents, and we can send that information to your trial team in the courthouse immediately upon request. We also provide high-speed Internet connectivity, which enables you to access your firm for document databases, e-mail, and other information at a moment's notice.

Graphic Design and Creation

Graphics are often essential at trial. We provide graphic designers with computers and output devices in the war room. Should you need a new graphic immediately, they are there to provide it. We can create anything from PowerPoint slides and animations to exhibit boards, interactive timelines and other multimedia presentations.

On Site Scanning/Digitization of Documents, Photos, Videos & Transcripts

In a perfect world, all your trial exhibits would be ready prior to trial. However, we know that this is not always the case at trial because new developments can arise. DOAR's war room team provides the ability to process your new exhibits as well as processing those introduced at trial by opposing team.
