Brian Bucher is a Consultant in DOAR’s trial consulting practice, specializing in the technology and logistics needed to effectively execute our clients’ legal strategies during litigation proceedings. He assists trial teams with the planning, organization, and presentation of electronic evidence and demonstratives, the coordination and set up of courtroom technology, the creation of analytic visual aids, and the processing and editing of videotaped testimony.
Brian has worked in the legal industry since 2000 and brings a wealth of experience to his work as a trial consultant, having worked at some of the most prominent law firms in the country. He has worked extensively in many types of litigation, including securities, bankruptcy and restructuring, labor and employment, white collar defense, real estate, antitrust, and general business litigation. Brian has a deep foundational knowledge of best practices in trial preparation and execution, which he brings to every engagement.
Prior to DOAR, Brian worked as a litigation paralegal and case manager. He received an undergraduate degree in American politics from the University of Virginia and attended graduate school at New York University in political theory.
