Jeffrey Dorfman is a Litigation Consultant at DOAR. As a former litigator, Jeffrey leverages his experience to work closely with DOAR’s clients to fully understand their needs and to advise them on the retention of industry and academic experts who can best advance their ligation strategy.
Prior to joining DOAR, Jeffrey worked as an attorney at a boutique labor and employment class action litigation firm in Manhattan. He has represented clients in single-plaintiff, collective and class action lawsuits, as well as a variety of labor and employment related litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and more.
Jeffrey received his Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, graduating as part of the Business Honors Concentration. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in operations management from The Ohio State University. At Hofstra Law, he served as a member of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Journal, the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and the Labor & Employment Law Society.
Jeffrey is currently licensed to practice law in New York State and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
