Julian Mastroni is an Associate at DOAR. As a former paralegal, Julian utilizes his legal experience to work closely with DOAR’s clients to fully understand their needs and to advise them on the retention of industry and academic experts who can adequately support and advance their litigation strategy.
Julian works to identify the right fit of an expert and their ability to communicate complex matters to a potential jury. He has assisted clients with complex teams of experts for a range of matters including antitrust, class actions, ITC proceedings, intellectual property, pharmaceuticals, as well as commercial litigation. He has successfully placed experts in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, medical devices, semiconductors, LEDs, and more.
Prior to joining DOAR, Julian worked as a paralegal at a law firm in Pensacola, FL working in the areas of Civil Litigation, Social Security, Civil Rights, Insurance Disability, Personal Injury, and Federal Workers' Compensation. During this time, he assisted several attorneys at every phase of litigation and regularly investigated claims involving wrongful death and violations of civil rights.
Julian received his Bachelor of Arts degree in legal studies/pre-law from the University of West Florida with a minor in forensic science. He also held industry certifications in Computer Networking and Computer Security.
