Jeff Velarde is a Consultant at DOAR. He has more than 35 years of experience working as a multimedia designer, illustrator, and animator. Jeff is an expert in 2D illustration and specializes in developing compelling graphics and animations for litigation.

Before DOAR, Jeff was an Art Director at a national consulting firm, responsible for managing and implementing creative initiatives, corporate branding, and visual strategies. 

Jeff has a degree in commercial advertising from the Colorado Institute of Art.
