As Organizational Psychologist, Lauren works across the organization to strengthen internal processes, improve efficiency, and support collaboration among teams. She partners closely with leadership and staff to evaluate workflows, implement thoughtful change, and build scalable systems that support DOAR’s continued growth.
Prior to joining DOAR, Lauren held roles focused on organizational development, leadership coaching, and talent strategy, working with organizations to drive growth, manage change, and improve team effectiveness. Her experience spans consulting and in-house environments, where she partnered with leaders to design processes and programs that align people strategies with business objectives.
Lauren holds a Ph.D. in Social-Organizational Psychology, with advanced academic training centered on human behavior, leadership, and organizational systems.
