Managing Director, Commercial Litigation

About DOAR

DOAR is a leading litigation strategy consulting firm. We provide legal teams with strategic clarity, expert insight, and research-based perspectives in complex, high-stakes matters. By bringing together leading testifying experts, experienced trial consultants, and jury research capabilities, we help clients build stronger cases and pursue better outcomes.

The Opportunity

The Managing Director, Commercial Litigation, is a senior growth and practice leader responsible for expanding DOAR’s position with leading law firms, litigation boutiques, and corporate legal departments. The Managing Director establishes the practice’s growth strategy, develops senior relationships with litigation partners and legal decision-makers, and coordinates DOAR’s Expert Consulting, Trial Consulting, and Jury Consulting capabilities around complex commercial disputes.

The role carries direct accountability for revenue growth, pipeline development, account strategy, cross-business-line engagement, and the performance of Account Executives supporting the practice. The Managing Director also serves as a senior strategic partner to clients, helping them identify and deploy the right expertise, insights, and consulting resources at critical points in a matter.
