Giovana Numa is a Research Coordinator at DOAR. In this role, she supports the jury consulting team in conducting pre-trial research, including mock trials, focus groups, and surveys.
Before joining DOAR, Giovana gained experience with the Midwest Innocence Project and STRIVE International. Her background in forensic psychology informs her interest in juror decision-making and the use of psychological research to support trial strategy.
Giovana earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
