Paul Bernardini is DOAR’s Chief Growth Officer, leading the firm’s growth strategy and overseeing its Client Advisory and Strategic Intelligence functions. He builds and strengthens relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments across DOAR’s Consulting and Testifying Experts, Trial Consulting, and Jury Consulting practices.
As both a lawyer and a growth leader, Paul has driven growth at Thomson Reuters and Elite Technology, two of the most widely used technology providers to the world’s largest law firms. At Elite, he built the on-premises to cloud migration program for global large law firms and managed the company’s key AmLaw relationships. He also played a central role in Elite’s transition from a TPG and Thomson Reuters carve-out to its full acquisition by Francisco Partners. Paul brings deep experience in ITC Section 337 practice, patent litigation, intellectual property technical consulting, commercial litigation, and the trial and jury consulting markets.
A native New Yorker, Paul is a graduate of the State University of New York at Brockport and the City University of New York School of Law (J.D.). He is admitted to practice law in New York. Before his career in legal technology, Paul practiced commercial litigation at Phillips Lytle LLP and Fitzsimmons, Nunn & Plukas.
