Biography

Chris Grimm is a consultant at DOAR who specializes in trial strategy, evidence presentation, and courtroom technology. With more than two decades of experience, Chris works closely with trial teams to plan, organize, and present electronic evidence and demonstratives. He oversees the implementation and coordination of courtroom technology and guides the development of visual aids that enhance juror understanding.

Throughout his career, Chris has supported complex civil and criminal trials in state and federal courts nationwide, as well as international arbitration proceedings. He is recognized for his ability to perform seamlessly under the pressure of trial, adapting to last-minute developments and ensuring that courtroom presentations proceed without interruption. Leading law firms routinely rely on Chris for matters involving intellectual property disputes, product liability, civil rights, bankruptcy, securities, white-collar investigations, and employment litigation.

In addition to his trial consulting work, Chris holds four patents covering technologies that aid in the identification of errors, formatting, and annotation of digital transcripts using party designations—tools that contribute to more precise trial record management.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Fredonia. He is based in Buffalo, New York.
