Congratulations to our clients Michael SchachterRandall JacksonCasey Donnelly, Philip DiSanto, and the rest of the trial team at Willkie Farr & Gallagher on their unprecedented victory on behalf of Privinvest Group executive Jean Boustani.  Following a six week trial before Judge William Kuntz in the Eastern District of New York, the jury acquitted Boustani of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, wire fraud conspiracy, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
