DOAR Unifies Expert Witness and Litigation Strategy Businesses

DOAR announced that it will fully integrate its expert witness subsidiary, WIT Legal, into its litigation strategy practice.

October 1, 2025 – New York, NY – DOAR today announced that it will fully integrate its expert witness subsidiary, WIT Legal, into its litigation strategy practice, creating a seamless, comprehensive service for law firms and corporate clients.  This unites WIT’s nationally recognized teams of expert witnesses with DOAR’s industry-leading litigation strategists, giving clients a single, coordinated resource for every stage of litigation.

“By bringing our experts and litigation strategists together under one company, we are making it easier for clients to access the full depth of DOAR’s expertise and insights,” said Paul Neale, CEO of DOAR.  “This integration allows us to deliver more value to our clients throughout the litigation lifecycle.”

With the integration, attorneys will benefit from a cohesive suite of services, including jury consultingtrial graphics and design, courtroom presentation, and expert witness testimony across a wide range of practice areas and industries most at risk of litigation.

“This decision reflects DOAR’s commitment to providing clients with unmatched value in their most complex disputes,” said Jonathan Sachs, Chief Revenue Officer of DOAR. “By unifying our proven trial consulting expertise with world-class expert witnesses under the DOAR brand, we are delivering seamless access to the essential resources our clients need to succeed in their most critical cases.”

This move aligns with DOAR’s broader evolution, including hiring additional seasoned consultants and executives. The company has also deepened its partnership with John Jay College of Criminal Justice in its effort to positively impact the future of litigation strategy consulting.

“As we look to the future, our goal is not only to expand the resources we provide to clients today, but also to shape the next generation of litigation strategy consultants. By investing in talent, innovation, and academic partnerships, DOAR is ensuring that we remain at the forefront of helping attorneys navigate the most complex disputes for years to come,” said Neale.

The integration is expected to be completed in Q1 2026 with the launch of a new company website; however, the companies have already made significant progress in streamlining and integrating their internal operations.
