Congratulations to our clients at MoloLamken

Congratulations to Steven Molo, Robert Kry, Sara Margolis, and the rest of the team at MoloLamken for their victory on behalf of a class of investors in Dakota Plains Holdings Inc. The securities class action case alleged that Michael Reger, one of the company’s cofounders, committed securities fraud by concealing his ownership stake in the company, which was loaded with debt that benefited him and others. Following the trial, a federal jury in the Southern District of New York returned a verdict worth about $40 million to the plaintiff. DOAR was proud to assist the MoloLamken team with research, jury selection, graphics consulting, and evidence presentation.
